Slow-Cooker Triple Chocolate Brownies
This chocolate dessert is always a crowd-pleasing dish.
- 2-1/4 Cup Organic Cane (Demerra) Sugar
- 2/3 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 Cup Flour or Tapioca Flour
- 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 Cup + 3 Tbsp Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Cup Milk Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Hot Water
- 1 Cup Cornstarch
- 1 Cup Evaporated Milk
In a bowl, whisk 1 1/4 cup Sugar, 1 cup Cornstarch, 1 cup Evaporated Milk, 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder and Salt together. Set pudding mix aside.
Stir together 1 cup white sugar, 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 cup butter melted, then cooled, 2 eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Set brownie mix aside.
Coat inside of slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Combine brownie mix, chocolate chips, brown sugar, water, eggs, butter, pudding mix and cocoa in slow cooker; stir to blend. Cover; cook on high for 2 hours. Turn off heat. Let stand 30 minutes. Top with whipped cream, if desired.
