Slow Cooker Thick Cut Pork Chops
A wonderful way to cook pork–it’s extremely tasty and tender. With a mixture of spices and garlic, it’s terrific. And it is extremely EASY.
- 1/4 Cup Olive or Avocado Oil
- 1 Tbsp Poultry Seasoning
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tsp Dried Basil
- 4 Thick-Cut Bone-In or Boneless Pork Chops
- Sea Salt and Pepper
- 1 Cup Chicken Broth
- 3 Cloves Minced or Crushed Garlic
- 1 Tbsp Paprika
In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, chicken broth, garlic, paprika, poultry seasoning, oregano, and basil. Pour into the slow cooker.
Cut small slits in each pork chop with the tip of a knife, and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Place pork chops into the slow cooker, cover, and cook on High for 4 hours, or 6 hours on Low. Baste periodically with the sauce.
