Slow Cooker London Broil
The steak is cooked with several ingredients, including homemade cream of soup and homemade dry onion soup seasoning, and comes out delicious and juicy.
- 2 lbs Flank Steak
- 1 Can Diced Tomatoes
- 1 Cup Homemade Cream of Soup Replacement (See Notes)
- 2 Tbsp Homemade Dry Onion Soup Mix (See Notes)
Place meat in the bottom of the slow cooker; if necessary, slice meat to make it fit! In a medium bowl, mix together soup and tomatoes. Pour mixture over beef. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over top. Cover, and cook on Low for 8 to 10 hours.
