- 1-1/2 Cups Milk or Almond Milk
- 1-1/2 Cups Water
- Cooking Spray
- 2 Gala Apples
- 1 Cup Steel Cut Oats
- 2 Tbsp Brown or Coconut Sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Butter
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/4 Cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 2 Tbsp Hazelnuts
Bring milk and 1-1/2 cups water to a boil in a saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring frequently.
