Ginger-Lemon Hot Toddies
Ginger infuses this lemony hot toddy with spiciness–the perfect antidote to chilly winter weather.
- 8 Cups Water
- 2 Cups Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 2 Cups Pure Unfiltered Local Honey
- 5 Tbsp Crystallized Ginger
- 1 Fresh Ginger
- 3/4 Cup Golden Rum
- 3/4 Cup Brandy
Place first 5 ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours. Remove and discard ginger slices.
Stir in rum and brandy. Ladle mixture into mugs, and garnish with lemon rind strips, if desired.
