8 Weeks, 4 Days a week spending 30-40 minutes lifting weights, doing HIIT (high intensity interval training) and core work!
Today is Week One, Day 3! Woohoo!
Let me say honestly, parts of today were hard, but because they were, it made it SO MUCH MORE FUN! (Weird, I know 😀😁😏🤪😛😊)
So at 58 years old, what the heck am I, are WE (didn't mean to exclude the Workout Hubby Buddy ❤) doing all this for? And, even though I find it fun, why are we putting ourselves through all this? Because BELIEVE ME, I'm all kinds of (good) sore.
It's because 4 years ago God gave me a second chance and I turned my health around and lost 50 pounds. Now I want to honor God by creating the healthiest and best resting place of the Holy Spirit within me, so I can cooperate to the fullest extent with Him.
I'm not there yet....I'm still on the path.....but what a beautiful journey, for the trying it is.
Bottom line? If God loved me enough to give me a second chance....I'm going to love myself too, because (call me crazy 🤪) I believe that's what He wants for all of us. ...
